About us
Cascade Creations N.W. is an owner operated husband and wife team with over 20 years experience installing gutters. We professionally install, repair, or clean the gutters on homes, apartment buildings, condos, or commercial buildings throughout the greater Seattle area from Auburn to Arlington and beyond since 2005. . We have been in the guttering industry since 1998 have been in business on our own since 2005. Tanya is also feature Washington states only female gutter fabricator. Cascade Creations NW specializes in custom on-site fabrication and installation of seamless aluminum or copper gutters. Our most popular style is 5K 'Ogee' gutters, but we also offer Half Round gutter, as well as the small 'barbie' gutter. Additionally we are fully set up to fabricate and install custom commercial gutters as well as custom cap flashing and scupper boxes.

When I checked the quote it was vague with only materials listed. (My fault for not requesting more detail of the exact work to be completed.) I still don't know what work was completed as compared to the estimate. It certainly was not what was discussed. He made notes at this time of things recommended to be done.
I requested a detailed estimate and list of what was completed. There was no response after a week. I take responsibility for not reading the lack of fine print. But, could not recommend them based on my experience coupled with a lack of response.
