The owner/main inspector of this company is top-notch. Not only does he perform an extremely thorough home inspection (calling out everything that is not right, or even a little off), he also has great customer service. He explains everything he finds in detail, and discusses what the implications are (in terms of long term problems, etc). However, what I really want to talk about is his follow up. Over the years that we have owned the home, we have contacted him on numerous occasions when we have had questions about (home related) issues that have come up and didn't know where else to turn. He has always taken the time to talk to us, and has always offered good advice on whatever the issue was (e.g. whether or not problems we have noticed are significant issues for the home; whether or not questionable maintenance/repair prices we have been charged are fair; recommendations for servicers/repairmen, etc). We have always offered to pay him for taking the time to answer our questions, but he has always declined. He is very nice, very professional, and we are very happy with his service.
