BTS provided 5 star service as they arrived on time and able to answer all my questions and cleaned up nicely after they were done. I requested BTS to install a new 240 volt outlet for our new EV. I am a general contractor and hired Marcus and BT Solutions to complete several projects for us. One of those was a complete home remodel in Seattle, where they did all the rewiring, switches, plugs, heated floors and more. He is really communicative, always has a good attitude and the work is top notch. He and his crew always deliver good quality work and make things go smooth! Will definitely recommend !!!

STRONGLY NOT recommended. Worst work I have ever seen in my life. We asked them to install three new plug outlets and they dug four holes in order to complete their work. And all the holes are done without asking in advance. Some of those holes look really unnecessary because itâ s very close to an existing one. And moreover, they left a mess without any cleaning. Besides that, we first had an appointment with them on a Tuesday morning. They just disappeared the whole day without any explanations and rescheduled for that Friday morning and didnâ t show up until noon.
