Asko was prompt in communication prior to the breakdown and they showed up on time to inspect the work I needed done but after that, I heard nothing from them. I needed our master bathroom remodel completed as it was started by a friend who could not complete the work due to personal reasons and I needed a complete remodel on our main bathroom. Asko came to inspect the jobs and were suppose to get back to me with an estimate but I never heard back from them. They had done quite a bit of work on the house next door and they came highly recommended but due to what happened to us, I don't feel comfortable in recommending them to anyone.

. It went beautifully. We had a few times when we had to wait for for something to arrive, so there were times when no work could be done but I expected that. The flooring from Home Depot was especially late, it was back ordered. So the kichen remodel took 2 months from start to finish. Asim lives next door to me so is a neighbor. Communication was easy. With buying cupboards and countertops from Lowes, etc costs were kept down. My new kitchen cost about $19,000 including Asim's labor. He did other projects for me too, such as replacing my front and side doors with nice looking fir doors from the Door Store in Shoreline. He also replaced my wood garage siding which was rotted at the bottom with Hardi Panel siding. He made a new gate for my fence and installed it, and made other repairs to my fence. He is good with wood, but he would prefer to build houses from start to finish.
