They were very professional, they were very respectful and caring with the stuff they did not damage anything. They were on time and very prompt. I would recommend them to others.

They contacted me only a couple of days prior to the move. They advised would be there on the last day of my request. Also, stated that the mover was extremely worn out and running behind. Worried of the delay we packed our home to help. The night before they were to arrive the driver called to state would be a day late and would call me the following evening. I did not recieve a call until I contacted the moving company the new advised date. The mover arrived that afternoon. Only one man to move an entire household! When I looked in the truck I stated there was not enough room. The mover and I walked through my home and he assured me there was enough room. As I watched the truck filling up I kept advising there was not enough room and he assured me several times there would be. My frustration grew so I left for a couple of hours when I arrived back he then admitted there was not enough room. This was on a Saturday at 7pm when he finally acknowledged that I had been correct. The service I had used was closed for the rest of the weekend so they could not give me anytime frame on when the rest of my stuff could be picked up. There was about a third of my household goods still and my house had tenents scheduled to move in. I was not happy but they would offer no assistance on resolving the issue. (I rented a Uhaul the following morning and loaded myself) The morning they were to deliver my items they contact me to state that they would accept only cash or cashiers check to deliver my items. I had paid via credit card the deposit and had not been advised of this payment method. Without a local bank it would take days to get the cash. Finally, after pleading and begging to pay with credit card they made me drive to there location and pay a 7% fee before they would deliver my items. When the truck was being unloaded we noticed the plastic had not been placed on part of my couch. I had them professinally cleaned prior. This was by far the worst move I have ever experienced.

Stupendous!! The phone calls went well (Thanks Katie!!) and it is obvious they are very organized and customer oriented. They were able to perform the work the next day! Unlike other moving companies it was a flat fee rather than a fee based on the amount of time. They called when they said they would call. They arrived when they said they would arrive. Moving the item into the house was no small feat, and they made it look easy without so much as a bump or scratch to the item or our home. This was a fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone/everyone for moving large items and pianos. Kudos to Doug and Terry for making this a great experience.

They were very good. We had three other bids and they were half the other ones. They were very careful moving the piano and that was appealing to me. We have just hired them again to do more work.

THE JOB WAS DONE WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE TO MY FURNITURE. A SOFA THAT WAS DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER UP A STAIRCASE WAS EVENTUALLY MOVED INTO THE DESIRED LOCATION WITHOUT DAMAGE. A DOOR THAT WAS REMOVED WAS NOT RE-HUNG; I THOUGHT THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. ONE OF THE MOVERS WAS JUST FINE; POLITE, PROFESSIONAL ETC. AND FORTUNATELY HE APPEARED TO BE THE MAN IN CHARGE. THE OTHER MOVER ASKED A LOT OF PERSONAL QUESTIONS AND THIS MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE, EVEN NERVOUS (E.G. DID I LIVE ALONE, WHERE WAS MY HUSBAND, ETC.) HE WENT ON TO MAKE UNNECESSARY COMMENTS, E.G. POINTED OUT THE NEW LOCATION WAS NOISY, AND EVEN STATED, ''YOU DON'T HAVE MUCH''. THE MOVE OCCURRED IN A TIMELY MANNER, THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND THE OUTCOME AS DESIRED. NO DAMAGE. I WOULD NOT WANT THIS ONE PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL IN MY HOUSE AGAIN, HOWEVER.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO HAVE TWO VERY NICE CLEAN CUT YOUNG MEN MOVING MY NEW PIANO. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY PATIENCE WHILE I DECIDED EXACTLY WHERE I WAS PLANNING TO PUT THE PIANO. AND, THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL IN THE MOVING PROCESS.

A JOY TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE FAST, THOROUGH AND VERY GOOD AT PACKING AND SAFELY MOVING ITEMS. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CONCERN FOR DOING A GOOD JOB AND THEIR MOVING CREW WAS EXCELLENT.
