Perfection! I couldn't imagine having a better experience with a roofer. Remik came out and provided a quote quickly. He explained exactly what needed to be done and why. He asked for no money up front. We were on his schedule but a couple of months out from being done when we heard a ladder and then footsteps on the roof. Remik had heard rain was in the forecast (this was back in September) and came over to patch the flashing on the roof so it wouldn't leak. He was not even going to mention that he did it. What a guy! Then when the time came - the roof was done in less than 2 days and it was hard to tell any work had been done by the look of the yard. No debris, no plants smashed no mess at all. And the finished job cost exactly what it was quoted. I cannot recommend Remik and his crew highly enough.

Easy to work with, responsive, quality workmanship.

From start to finish I can't express how happy I was with the professionalism of Remik and his crew. They started when they said they would and were careful to clean up after their work was completed. Remik took pictures so that I was able to see what they were doing each day as I was not able to be there.

The estimate on my 1150 s.f. home was $10,000, and because of rot it became $12,000. I believe that was a good price.

They are a small company of 4 people, and the owner is one of the workers, so he was always on site, and there are no sub-contractors.

I have dealt with roofers before, and they were loud, profane people who leave trash and don't clean up well. I have heard that that is common, but I only have that one previous experience to go on.

These guys talked while they worked, but there were no raised voices, profanity, anger, or things flying off the roof, etc. that I had experienced before. The owner took about 60 pictures over the 3 days and sent them (email) to me each day so that I could see what was going on up there. He explained the repairs that were needed and documented it with pictures. He was very easy to work with and got the work done quickly, as we were close to the house closing date.

Alfa was very responsive - provided a bid right away, quickly scheduled the work once we decided on the company, and provided updates as the work was completed. He answered all the questions that we had - and we're very happy with the final result. Would recommend and use again.

Alfa roofing was great! Remik helped us last summer to get through the winter because we couldn't afford a roof then, and called to check on us during the rainy season. This summer, his quote was great, and after comparing 4 quotes Alfa roofing definitely uses the best materials. Remik worked with us as we changed our minds and had a hard time deciding on what color of roof to go with. We was always willing to give us his professional opinion of different products, and patient enough as we couldn't make up our mind sometimes. After working with other contractors on different projects, I couldn't recommend any of them higher than the folks at Alfa Roofing!!

They are a good company and I would recommend them and use them again. They did clean up well. They came and got it done in 3 days, they ewer here one night until 8pm.

He did my project in 1 day and my neighbor's project in 1 day. His price was very reasonable. The quality of service was great. Their staff was professional. They didn't trample the plants and cleaned up after finishing their work.

Remik (the owner) returned our initial call quickly and gave us a great bid after coming and seeing the house. He was also very flexible in that he allowed us to have the weekend with the roof off so I could add a bunch of insulation, proper attic venting and new electrical work to our 1923 house. His bid was $5000 less than the most expensive bids (those companies ''Pushing'' their lifetime work warranties - not worth it for me since it would almost double the cost) and within a $500 to a $1000 of several other bids (other companies). The best part of the whole experience was that Remik lead the crew of 5 people every day on site - NOT VERY MANY COMPANIES HAVE THEIR OWNER ONSITE DOING THE WORK!!! Remik only has a 5 yr workmanship warranty, but he uses top quality materials so I am not worried - plus I expect that a roof will leak either in the first 2 winters or at the very end of the materials life (with the landmark TL, that should be a long time from now!!) Very Happy.
