I had a sewer line backup problem which was somewhere between the house and main sewer line in the street. I was directed to Jeff Van Cleave of Absolute Storm and Sewer by my trusted great plumber. The sewer line was clogged by tree roots just a few feet outside of our foundation near our driveway and sprinkler control valves and pipes. Jeff inspected the entire 100 foot plus sewer line and dug up and replaced the damaged section of sewer pipe. The excavation was done with care and he managed to avoid removal of my concrete driveway and walkway. Sewer works again and grounds look like it never happened. He did a first rate job. I would hire him again without reservations. My highest praise for a job well done and for a job almost no one is willing to tackle.

Jeff was amazing. He was very reassuring, professional, and fast. We had just done a remodel in a bathroom, and he took great care with everything. He had a camera on his equipment, so he was able to show me exactly what the problem was, then took a video, explaining the situation and gave that to us. He is a great guy as well!

I was very impressed with Jeff's professionalism. He did great work and explained each step as the project progressed. His cost was very reasonable after getting other bids. He went above and beyond with clean up and to make sure we were satisfied with his work. I would hire him again without a moment pause. Also, I would recommend his company if you need any plumbing or sewer work done.

Jeff had previously done a sewer line jet cleaning on my ancient concrete sewer line, and we were so impressed by the time and effort he put into getting that job done perfectly that when the sewer went nuclear on us (which, thanks to Jeff's prior service, we were kind of prepared for) we knew who to call. He gave bids for spot repair vs whole line replacement that were dead on target with what research said I should expect to pay, and got to work right away. The work was done in half the time I honestly expected, and they did a patch repair while the big work was done so that we had limited interruption in services. We went from collapsed sewer line to a finished, cleaned up, fantastic job in under a week, and all done in some genuinely awful winter weather, working well after dark on more than a few of those days.

A fair bid, a fantastic job, truly impressive work ethic - and on top of that, all the work done by the kind of friendly, forthright, pleasant people you can feel genuinely comfortable with on your property and in your home. Heck, even my cranky man-hating dog was happy to see them. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and we know who we'd call if we ever needed this kind of service - but we also have absolute faith that Absolute Storm and Sewer's quality work means we won't!

Everything went exceptionally well. Jeff showed me everything as he went. My pipe was original and oxidized in some places and actually corroded thru with holes. There was a palm sized piece that was just sitting there - not attached. After repairing the floor pipe there still was a leak coming from up above, down the vertical pipe. This had been replaced at some previous time. Upon opening the wall, he found the actual leak was inbetween the floor and ceiling... underneath and behind my kitchen drawers. The PVC pipe had actually broke above the connection. The pipe itself... not the connection. Once that was replaced, we were good to go. Jeff brought in another plumber to help with this and it was included in the price. We also were worried about water under the foundation, so we opted to leave the trough open until it rained and then once we were sure it was OK, Jeff cemented it up. He was very clean in his work and very conservative in his methodology. The only thing not done, which we knew ahead of time, was drywalling the area where he had to enter for the vertical pipe... being from a family of remodelers, this is not a problem. I would hire him in a heart beat. Very VERY pleased with the work.

I cant go into details as Jeff performed this service under contract for another company, but I will say Jeff's persistence to solve my problem was impressive. You just don't seem to find people who will stick it out to solve the problem. Jeff did just that for me. He spent four hours on backup up system. His thoroughness and follow through was outstanding. I had several problems with my system and he systematically found and fixed each one. Rarely do find a person with as much perseverance as Jeff's. His rates were more than reasonable and the work was totally professional. I would recommend Jeff and definitively will call him first for any future plumbing problems.

I was impressed with Jeff's, owner, work ethic. He resolved my sewer line problem quickly. He walked me through my options and kept me well informed. He took the time to show me what he found and discuss preventative maintenance, as well. He took care with my yard. I was so surprised to see that he had tried to carefully remove the grass in patches for replacement later. If I had questions he would answer them. He also cleaned up the work area very well. Hard worker with good ethics.
