I have a very steep roof and they do a good job.  If ever I have an issue they come right away.  I have been very happy with them.

Tony's crew came out and repaired an area under my front porch that had water damage under the tiles. They not only took care of the leak, they redirected the water flow from the gutter so that it wouldn't happen again. While the guys were up on the roof a mini monsoon came in. It was a great test of the repair. It didn't take much for my gutters to overflow before and now they can handle a river of water. They also put up a new piece of Facia board that had come loose. They were very professional and took great pride in their work. I have used Tony's to cleanup roof and for another repair. They are now "my" roofers!

They were quick to come out so I did not have to wait. They got the job done quickly. They came back within a couple of days willingly so I have no complaints. They could protect the plants and things around the house a little better. The cleanup was okay because picking up after cleaning a roof is quite messy. It was a huge mess but they cleaned up mostly; they had to come back and spend some time cleaning the plants, side of the house and the windows which do not take much time. It leaves a huge mess so I would have actually paid somebody to take the time afterwards to cleanup really well.

The cost above is for both services provided.
The initial service was a pressure wash treatment of the full roof and gutters.
The second service included an additional blower cleaning, roof shingle repair and cedar shingle oil treatment.
Even at $1700, that is about $1000 less then the initial estimate and was competitive or better in price to other estimates we received for comparable products/services.

They did a professional job. We have never had any problems with our roof after they re-roofed it. It looks fantastic.

I first have to begin with it is my rental and I was having issues with the tenants on their departure.  When I first began discussion with Tony's roofing they were going to do the cleaning and treatment before the tenants moved.  Because of the uncertainty of the tenants move out date, I had to continually delay Tony's roof cleaning almost two months.  They were very patient and accomodating with the constant move back dates to start the service.  Then once the tenants moved out they had to work around other contractors repairing the house and the dates were pushed around again.  They were finally able to finish and honored the original bid from two months earlier.  The roof like it is brand new!

They did their job well.  The workers were just fine.  The roof is holding up well.

Cleaning was fine, faster than expected.  There was not as much moss as estimator thought.  It turned out to be a faster job than estimated and while well done, was pricier than I felt it should have been, especially with subsequent offerings from Angie's list, at $249 for basically the same service.

I think people who use this company should get at least one other bid before agreeing to use them.  There work will be fine but they price at the higher end.

They are punctual and always do what they say they will do. Their prices are reasonable. They do a good job on roof cleaning.

The actual roofing and vent installation were fine, but the clean up and professionalism were not. When I pointed out where I wanted obvious debris removed, Tony insulted me by saying "if your yard were cleaner..." My deck roof supports were obviously out of plumb from when they detached the deck cover to re-shingle the house. When I asked that the posts be put back to plumb and that my deck roof be re-anchored to my house roof, Tony told me the weight of the deck cover would hold it in place. I contacted my deck contractor to obtain information about how the roof was originally constructed and phoned Tony with the information so that his crew could fix it. Not all of vegetation/moss was removed before installing new shingles... it visibly continued to grow near the gutters. Debris from vent installation was dropped through onto my garage floor and I wonder what happened to the house vents... Was debris dropped into my attic? (They said access to attic and garage was not necessary.) The gutters and downs were not cleaned out. After I complained to Tony in writing, he sent another crew to correct and finish the work. Tony did not call or show up to ask if I was satisfied. If asked, I would recommend that homeowners not use Tony's Roof Care. He was disrespectful to me and I had to continually act as a quality control inspector to obtain the finished result I was promised.

I don't remember how much I spent on the repair. My experience with them was positive. I have no comparisons on the price. I would use them again in the future.

They do quality work and come when they say they are going to. They do exactly what the contract says, including not jamming the gutters which is a huge deal to me. They show up on time and clean up very well.
