The staff is friendly and get the job done. There are no showers, pool or locker room but the facility is nice. The machines aren't always in perfect condition.

Although the gym is a bit cramped, you can't beat it for the price. Good
selection of equipment and the equipment is always clean.

They are very personable. They are very flexible about when they are open. The price is reasonable.

It's a very basic gym. They don't have showers or pools or saunas. They keep it very clean. The staff is real good. The price is excellent because they don't have the overhead. They do have the free weights and elliptical machines.

Their biggest draw is that they do not require a contract. They go month to month, so you can quit at any time with a 30 day notice, you are not tied in to a yearly membership. It's a new facility, it's very clean and it's inexpensive. They have some great rates for joining, low initiation fee and low monthly fee. The staff is very available if you need them, but they are not intrusive at all, you are pretty much by yourself there, but the staff is available right there. We're very happy with them. I definitely would be using them again in the future.
