They are no-nonsense and very down-to-earth. There is a job that needs to be done and he gets it done. He did fine himself I believe.

I am so happy I decided to hire Bob Ballard to remodel my kitchen. He was a one man wonder who helped me through the whole process of ordering my cabinets; suggesting counter tops, installing new plumbing for the sink, garbage disposal, and ice maker; and even electrical work. He was very thorough and kept the lines of communication open. If he had a question or concern, he would make sure I was on board with any changes. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a kitchen remodel.

100% Endorsement of this True Craftsman. We have hired many contractors for various projects in our home in the past, but never any as skilled a craftsman as Bob Ballard. I strongly endorse his skill, personal integrity and quality of completed of work. 
We just completed a six-month major remodel which included restructuring the layout of the Kitchen, Dining room, Living room and Family Room. Bob worked with us from the beginning of the design work as well as purchasing the custom cabinets through him. He did the re-framing of the rooms walls, opened and widened doorways adding custom arches and added an extension to the outside roof eves. I let you know about this to demonstrate his knowledge of building codes and breadth of his skills. 
He finished up with installing the Custom Cabinetry, resolving complex configuration issues on the spot. This included not only a completely new set of Kitchen cabinets, a large kitchen island and a custom range hood, but also a custom bookcase,TV cabinets and fireplace mantle in the Family Room. 
His work is by far the most precise, accurate and beautiful finish work imaginable. It was a pleasure to watch him work and to know there are craftsman of his skill out there.
