+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED BY OUR REALTOR. HIS ESTIMATE WAS VERY REASONABLE CONSIDERING THE WORK THEY HAD TO DO AND THE SMALL SPACE IN WHICH THEY HAD TO WORK. OVERALL, THEY DID A NICE JOB. THE CARPET AND FLOORS WERE LEFT CLEAN. THE ONLY BAD THING WE FOUND WAS THEY SMOKED IN OUR HOUSE WHILE DOING THE WORK. IT TOOK US A VERY LONG TIME TO GET THE SMELL OUT.
Description of Work: WE WERE SELLING OUR HOUSE WHEN A HOME INSPECTOR DISCOVERED WATER UNDER IT. WE TRIED TO PUMP IT OUT OURSELVES BUT WE SOON DISCOVERED WE NEEDED A SUMP PUMP INSTALLED. THEY INSTALLED A SUMP UNDER OUR HOUSE IN VERY SMALL AND CRAMPED AREA. THEY TIED THE DRAIN OF THE PUMP INTO THE EXISTING GUTTER DRAIN.
