 + -1 moreThey were the only broadband option (short of DSL) in my new house. Called them and they were very friendly and prompt. They didn't have to do much on install except for flip a switch - I did the network setup. I give them a and quot;Band quot; for responsiveness only because there was some confusion on my initial bill and I was charged a late fee for a communication issue. Ever since, though, the service has been reliable and constantly at the advertised 10 Mb/s.
Description of Work: Activate broadband (10Mb/s) service to residential house.

 + -1 moreWhen it is working it is great. We have had some issues with them. Quite frankly, if I could find a better connection and we have looked I would do it in a heart beat. The last two months or so it has been good. They came out and fixed the connection that was across the street and so it seems to be fine but we had problems with the modems in the past. I had to replace one of the modems. I had to disconnect between their modem and our wireless system. I have been on the phone more than a few times and I was very frustrated.
Description of Work: I get my internet through Rainier Connect. Rainier Connect is the ISP.
