Pat came in and after some troubleshooting determined it was the control board. I paid for the service call and ordered the control board myself. After installing it, the problem persisted. I googled the issue and the first link I came across suggested looking at the wiring, specifically where the wires from the washing machine are connected to the wiring from the house. And bingo, the wires were not connected very well. Pat never even looked at that. It would have been a 5 minute fix. It left me with doubts about his troubleshooting skills. I did reach out to him in light of this to see if he wanted to somehow make the situation right and he never responded to my calls/messages.

Kelly performed a quick repair, rerouting the dryer vent. He also wrote down the model and serial numbers of the unit in case the repair didn't fix it. Then dryer continued to short itself out. I called back to get him to order the parts and return for the repair, but after five or six calls he didn't call back. I subsequently bought a new unit and had the old one taken away.

Pat was an excellent choice for us. Professional, polite, early, friendly, efficient. Top quality repair service. He even phoned to let us know how much parts would cost prior to him ordering them. We would certainly hire again. We already started sharing his name with friends & neighbors. 5 star service

He understood the problem right away.  The price was very good.  He gave me a good price.  He's had a lot of experience.  He told he was with another company doing appliance repair for about seventeen years.  He was very knowledgeable and professional.  My refrigerator kept kicking on and off and things were getting defrosting.  It started off with my ice maker not working, another thing stopped working and sometimes it worked and sometimes it wouldn't.  After two months I finally thought I got to get somebody out here.  The board alone was about $125 and the taxes, labor was added.  He charged me minimum on my service call because of my circumstances.  He was excellent.
