Appliance was under warrenty. They began by replacing the circuit board. This didn't fix it. Then they checked it again. Had to order a heating sensor. Funny though, they never even checked to see if the temperature was even correct. After over a week George called and said he had the sensor but couldn't come out for another week or more. He said he only goes to Cashmere on certain days. When I told him he needs to make me a priority and come out and fix my oven he said he would have to after his vacation. I canceled him and had A&E Appliance repair. Great people. Also limited days, but very thorough when diagnosing and professional!
