ROBBINS GARAGE DOOR CO

I called on a Tuesday morning and spoke to the owner Steve Robbins and he had his right hand man Blake out to our house the next day. Our old Genie opener was eleven years old and was intermittent in working and I could not trust it. Blake lubed everything on the door and installed a new Liftmaster opener. Blake was a pleasure to talk with, as we shared a lot of the same love that we have in the outdoors. Thank you Steve and Blake for an awesome job!

Dave came out this afternoon, inspected my work and got done what I needed quickly. He explained what he was doing as he went along, which was interesting to me as the owner. He also gave me advice on how to maintain everything so it continues to work smoothly. Dave is a very personable man, who was enjoyable to have working at my home. He even quickly made friends with my dog. I cannot say enough good about this experience!

After calling everyone else, I called Robbins, they were recommended to me from a friend, and I am glad I called! Steve showed up on time, and looked things over, and send Dave over to fix it about 30 minutes later! This was amazing, considering I had been without my garage door being operational for about a month, just because I couldn't get anyone else out to look it over and give me an estimate! I was so very happy with how quickly they responded and the how quickly they were able to fix it! They were very professional and worked fast to get the job done! I really enjoyed Dave, he was friendly and very personable.

Prompt and stayed in communication. They replaced both tension springs in my garage door, replaced a cable, adjusted the automatic settings, and oiled up the chain. Gararge door works better than it ever has!
