We live in a remote area without internet or cable. We get tv via satellite, but the internet was very expensive. Sky-FI from Localtel was affordable. They were prompt and the service/reception has been great.

Work was done before promised date. Previous dealings have been very satisfactory. I now have phone, cable and Internet with localtel which all work well.

It was such a great experience! Once the determined the router needed to be replaced we talked about options to get it to me. (They are an hour from me) The manager called a tech and they were in my area. He was able to get to my house in 15 min and get me the replacement router. He also installed it for me while he was here.

I called to set up Cable and Internet in our new house. The gal said that previous tenants had used the service and we could get it set-up. Apparently for residents who needed new fiber optics boxes they were put on a waiting list of upwards of four months! Thats super weird and I don't really understand how a fiber-optics provider could make people wait for FOUR MONTHS to get a fiber optics box. But either way, they said we had the box, would get it installed ASAP AND get $60 taken off for already having the box. SWEET!
ASAP was three weeks out. OK, we can deal with that. I think it's ridiculous that because I live in a suburb of the town it's based out of they have to wait til a representative is "in the neighborhood" but whatever. I was getting a $60 rebate. 
Upon their installation, they decided I didn't actually get that $60 rebate. 
Overall, aside from those snafus, I have been pleased with the services. The internet has been fast, reliable, and good for a house of four. Our cable was installed for one monitor (to add another would be extra money...lame) but it's also been reliable. Some channels go mute or have neon purple flashing borders sometimes but if you watch something else, you don't notice it!
So, overall, go for it. Internet is great, TV is good. Installers are professional, prompt, and know their stuff. The gals on the phone are so sweet.

We were having trouble with our internet shutting down frequently. I called NWI and the explored every possibility of what could be the problem. Turns out our router was not preforming as it should, because it was outdated. NWI made recommendations. They did not pressure us to buy the new one from them. I did anyway because it was the easiest way. They set it all up for and all I had to do was pick it up and plug it in. It worked perfect first time. If we had purchased a different brand, it would have taken us awhile to set it up and more of a hassle. We have been very pleased with their service. Always friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them to my friends.
