Needed the freon refilled in my home AC unit which I rent out. They were on time and also in
informed that me that a slow leak was causing the freon to leak out needing a
yearly recharge. They returned a again at a later date to diagnose the leak and 1.5 hrs
later had it fixed. My tenants were pleased as how quick the issue was
fixed. As an option Dave put together a quote for replacement of the entire unit. Overall my tenants were extremely happy and I was happy with their response times and with their technician calling to inform me of the details of the repairs. He also called to get authorization from me to conduct repairs before doing the work. I highly recommend Dick's Heating and AC to everyone.

I called Dick's one afternoon. Scheduled a service call for noon the next day. Serviceman showed up and had everything running right in an hour.

We never authorized anyone at D**** to purchase these filters for us. We were under the assumption that D**** would abide by their service agreement which does not state any additional charges. David at the time of service did not state their would be an additional charge.
While David did a good job and at the time we were happy with the service we received, we paid for that service. We considered D**** service practices very deceptive and their lack of comminication and very poor cusomer service.
Do not trust a person's word, get everything in writting with your signature on an invoice or agreement.

I called in the afternoon and they were able to get to me the next morning. The worker arrived on time. He was courteous and knowledgable. He fixed my furnace in no time! I have used this company in the past and had good luck with them then as we'll.

We received an estimate and the actual cost was as stated. They came at the time and date they agreed to and installed a furnace in our small cabin. They were knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and neat. We would recommend them

Dick's Heating was the cheapest quote in town. They did a good job installing the system. They were even so good as to make sure they didn't let the cat out!

They will NEVER perform another "service" for me ! They'll screw me over only once !

"Member I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service you recieved. There is a 5 year parts warranty on our equipment, but there is not any labor warranty provided by Trane. Dick's Heating has chosen to provide a one year warranty on labor to our customers though. It takes at least three hours to replace a compressor, and I have complete faith that my technician did a thorough job. Again I am sorry that you were not happy with the service you recieved and we wish you the best."

OVERALL, I THINK IT WAS A NICE EXPERIENCE. HE DID GOOD QUALITY WORK IN A QUICK PACE. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY WERE ON TIME.
