BOB'S HEATING & AIR COND

I live in another city and my elderly mother called me regarding problems with her furnace/ac unit. I saw Bob's received excellent reviews and recommended she call them. They sent Phil out immediately and he fixed the scrubber/filter unit (recently installed by a competitor), disconnected a cold air return duct that shouldn't have been installed in the first place and turned on a breaker that was off. The system is working great now for just a one hour service call - excellent work with no upselling. I told Mom to call Bob's from now on.

It was great; we had bids from other services and Bob's was the cheapest by far (by a lot) and he was very professional throughout the whole process. He sold us a heat pump for about $4000 less than others that also included a 10 year warranty. We called on his references and they all recommended him highly. We would definitely use him again in the future.

It was great. Bob was very professional and it seemed that he really has our best interests at heart, not just his bottom line. His quote was by far the cheapest we got and he was able to get the new hear pump installed in a few days instead of a few weeks as others had quoted. He even called us back a few times to make sure all was going well with the new unit.
