I have always taken my cars to the dealer for service and when I was in Seattle, I always felt like a cog in a wheel. I like Apple Valley Honda because they get me in quickly and usually have it ready before they promised it. The price for service depends on the mileage. Sometimes it's been just an oil change and maybe $35-$40 but for the larger services, it can be more money. I once took my car to them because I had an awful smell and they found a dried up mouse under the hood on one of the filters. They replaced the filter, cleaned all around and deodorized for the vents and the smell was gone. And it was a nominal charge for that.

Went very well. There was drop off service which I didn't need but convenient. The car was ready when they said it was and all services met my expectations. The communication with me was excellent. Even provided a voucher for car wash.
