I was pleased with the cost, but after having to have Matt come out to fix a leak in his work, I was less than pleased. Now, approximately a year later, we are selling our property and in the home inspection, Matt's work was called into question. So, I called and left a message requesting he come out and review his work, correct anything not to code or provide a written statement backing his work; no response. My realtor called to request the same and was blown off. The co-owner of the property called, with no response. I may have gotten a competitive price, but it came with poor quality work and no ethical follow-up or care from Matt. He has since called me a liar, stated that he was unwilling to work with me because I just wanted something for free, and claims I was difficult to get payment from. He has no basis for any of the above accusations, admits to having "ignored" my message, and has offered no attempt to resolve issues; only bad mouth me for having the audacity to ask him to be responsible for the substandard work identified by a certified inspector.

Installation of sink and faucet.

American Plumbing is very helpful and allows you to purchase your own supplies or they will purchase for you. I wanted a specific type so I purchased my own and they installed it. They are very prompt and courteous.

He responded in a timely manner, removed our old water heater, and installed the new one that had just been delivered. The price was right too. A+++
