He dug up the source of the leak. Told us it was not up to code. It went fine.

Heating element was replaced solving our problem. The repairman arrived on time and diagnosed the problem and had the parts with him. We were pleased with advice he gave us to avoid further problems.

We were able to make an educated decision, stay within our budget, have the Mustee Utility tub installed where we wanted it to go and receive excellent, professional plumbing service. Mike Moore is very personable and prompt and left the area clean after each part of the installation. We could not be more pleased with the service we received.

THE FAUCETS COULDN'T BE FIXED, AND IT WAS CHEAPER TO REPLACE THE WHOLE THING, SO WE REPLACED EVERYTHING. WE GOT NEW FIXTURES IN THE SHOWER WITH A+. THE WATER HEATER HAD TO BE TAKEN OUT, HAD TO REDO SOME PIPING, AND INSTALL A NEW ONE. WE HAD TO BRING IT UP TO EARTHQUAKE RATING WITH MORE INSULATION AND FASTENING IT TO THE WALL. THEY BOTH DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WERE GOOD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.
