The problem is that there are new leaks. He has come out a couple of times but its still leaking. Several times he said he would come out and than failed to show up or call. Several times Ive called and no return calls. I got up on the roof myself and found that not all of the screws were replaced.

Tom and his crew are who you want to hire for tough roofing jobs. I interviewed more than 10 roofers for this job, which was quite complicated due to several factors (which I'll explain below). I chose Tom at Weatheright because of his attention to detail, experience with low-pitch metal roofing, his aesthetic sensibilities which pushed me to make better decisions than I was originally planning, and a competitive price.
This was a complicated roofing job that was done as part of a whole-house remodel. It was complicated because the low-pitched roof has no attic access, and 4 different contractors (insulator, framer, electrician, HVAC) needed access to the attic to finish the remodel. The only attic access was during the roofing job while the roof deck was off (from the top). In addition, we needed to convert built-in gutters to a conventional continuous roof deck with external gutters, but without disturbing the underside of the original 1960s eves.
We waited for months for the project to be ready and for a clear weather window. Once we finally started the project, it went very well. Despite the complicated roofing job (with many different contractors coordinating roof access), Weatheright led it without a problem.
Tom and his crew were fantastic to work with, worked very hard, listened to my concerns and addressed them as we went, paid attention to detail---down to little aesthetic minutia that add up to a fantastic roofing job.
I highly recommend Weatheright and I'd hire them again (though I'll never need another roof on this house).

Came right out to give a bid, scheduled the work during the good weather and within a month of the bid. Crew arrived on time and prepared, left no mess around while doing the work and today there is no apparent leaking in the 6300 sq. ft. structure. Tyour business the rainy season is upon us, and I hope we continue to be as happy with Tom's crews work through the winter. Thank you Tom for running your business the "old fashioned" way, with a promise and a handshake.
