Went very well. He blew off the roof debris, then used compressed air to remove the moss. Finished with a moss treatment (I admit, I am trusting him on this, as he said it was granular, instead of the usual white and obvious powder). It was very quick, but all the moss is gone, the roof looks clean and there was no evidence of all the [substantial] debris blown off the roof.

Dan has the professional equipment to do the job right, and he and his helper did a fantastic job of washing everything, and cleaning up afterwards. He even did extra, unexpected work and submitted a bill that was less than the estimate. I highly recommend Dan!

The experience was not good. It was a while ago. He was okay, but another company did better. He did a mediocre job about two years ago. I don't recall the price. He did want a lot more than the other company.

These guys are absolutly great. They do everything from window washing, pressure washing and putting up and taking down Christmas lights. They call you back and show up on time. Every one I have refereed them to has been totally satisfied.
