Yes, but I need some adjustments to my sprinklers.

One of our 5 zones failed to turn on. Jacob came and fixed it within 15 minutes. He and Ed whom I have dealt with earlier are Pros who know their business and are quick responders when called for help.

Jacob was terrific! I had a cracked sprinkler pipe causing a big wet mess and he knew right away how to fix it, how to test it with my control device, and had it done within 18 hours of my first inquiry on Angi! He was on time, very professional and efficient, and respectful of the dirt etc. as he went in and out of the house to set the controller. Jacob also adjusted various sprinkler heads to provide better coverage, including raising some up to hit a different angle now that some plants have grown taller. Excellent work, excellent experience. Jacob is terrific and I will use Precision again to service my sprinkler system.

The sprinklers in one of the stations ran continuously even when I turned the system on. Precision Waterscapes sent Jacob to help. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician. I had 3 expectations: the right attitude, knowledge and experience, and skillful execution and he met all three in exemplary fashion. Jacob was personable, approachable, respectful, and accommodating. He listened to my concerns and presented options. Upon my asking, he took time to explain how a sprinkler system works and made sure I understood how to operate the controller. Jacob replaced 6 control valves. The PVC connections were like manifolds in a car engine or that of Lego pieces expertly put together. Even the covers were carefully placed. Oh my gosh! Jacob was fantastic! I called this company and they came out the very next day. Jacob was extremely professional. Originally, I thought I needed just two sprinkler heads moved, but he ended up having to move others too and fixed some broken pipes. While the work was much more than anticipated, Jacob stayed until it was done and ensured I was satisfied with the placement and work. He completed all the work in just a few hours. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of work and they were speedy too! I may plan to expand my sprinkler system and I will definitely be calling this company.

Charges $150 for winterization. Seems higher than expected, but they do response very quickly and works well, so I think it's acceptable.

We had them install a brand new sprinkler system. We lived it! It took them 1 day to install and it works great! We have ability to program start times with an app on our phone. They were very quick and nice. Just had them back to winterize our system and again very fast and professional. Thank you!! Would highly recommend!

I have an existing system installed several years ago by a company that is no longer in business. I just needed a Spring start up and to check for any leaks, etc. The owner, I think, came out alone but was very competent. He checked all of the systems, found two leaks and quickly repaired them. He even suggested that I consider a pressure reducer be added to our lines if leaks continue. I was quite impressed by his knowledge and how quickly he worked. I will use them again.

I had Precision Waterscapes out to install a sprinkler system in my front and back yards. Eduardo was out immediately (within a day) to give me a bid. His bid was the most detailed out of the bids I received. While doing the walk-through Eduardo explained EVERYTHING: What he was thinking, how and where they would dig, cleanup, etc. Then when I accepted his bid his team was out within a few weeks to start the job. It took 3 days and they were all working hard the entire time. Then after they finished Eduardo once again took me around the entire yard and showed me the system and how it worked. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about them...not at all. Honestly, the yard looks just like it did before they started. Yes, you can see sprinkler heads but you cannot tell where they dug! Absolutely outstanding. If you're thinking of a system then you must at least contact these folks!

Eduardo and his team did an excellent job. Eduardo is extremely responsive and provided an estimate for our irrigation system design and installation project within a couple of days. They were able to start work quickly. They were on time, professional, performed the work on schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. They were also flexible with the unexpected due to other concurrent projects. We will definitely keep using them for ongoing system maintenance.
