Mike was great. He was able to fix the roof leak & patch the ceiling inside. He was very easy to work with. He did such a good job that we had him do a couple other project that we've been meaning to get to.

We could not be more happy with our experience with Mike and his company. We were stressed about our leaking skylight and he was able to get it handled immediately and even went above and beyond and did some maintenance free of charge on our other 2 skylights. He even offered to help with the moss on our roof while he was up there. Extremely polite, professional and went out of his way to help us as soon as possible. Definitely will recommend him to anyone we know needing help in the future.

Performance Roofing replaced our leaking roof (complete tearoom) and added two Solatubes and a skylight and vent in the kitchen. The work was absolutely top notch - as was the clean up. Working with Mike and his crew was a pleasure - and I don't say that lightly - he offered thoughtful advice on materials and how to best place the Solatubes. He also knew when to ask our opinions and listened carefully. The crew was a team of professionals and it showed in every aspect of the work. It was done on time, it was done right, and it was done to the price we were quoted. Mike communicated well, clear bid, good explanation of the material choices, then when the project started lots of photos showing us details and problems and explaining options and solutions. About a year after the project was completed we had a torrential rain with high winds driving the rain sideways and the rain was so heavy that the water coming down the valleys of the roof overshot the gutters - it was like nothing I've seen here before or since. In the middle of the storm we noticed water dripping from the kitchen vent fan, a bit of investigation showed that he leaking was coming down the vent pipe - through, not around the fan. I called Mike for advice and the next morning (Sunday, I think) he showed up with a plan and materials. He reworked the vent cap for the fan (with matching flashing) to prevent rain from blowing up into the vent (we have a very shallow slope on the roof). When I told Mike that so much rain was coming down that it was overshooting the gutters, he said "that's not right" and proceeded to make diverters to stop the rushing water in the valleys so that it would drop into the gutters. This fall I was up cleaning the skylight and noticed some damage along the ridge line of the roof - I texted Mike to ask about how I should go about fixing it and he said he wanted to see what had happened and that he would come by the next day to repair it. He did - and while he was there he cleaned out our gutters. The after sale service is exceptional - and pleasant. Mike takes great pride in the work that he and his crews do and it shows in the way he supports his product. I am delighted to recommend him.

I had a great experience working with Premier Construction Services on my roof replacement project. The owner Mike Guzman was involved in every step. He prepared the estimate, helped me choose the right materials and was up on the roof with his team during the installation. When you speak to him it is clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work and that shows in the finished product. The project was completed promptly without any unexpected issues and the roof looks great. The price was about $2,000 less than what I was quoted by a couple of other roofing companies so I am very pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Premier Construction Services again on future projects.

I highly recommend this contractor because all his work was professional and done quickly. Once I picked out the material and gave him a start date he completed the roof in less then a week. All my neighbors were very pleased with his crew and how he managed his time. I live in japan so it was great that he could take care of everything without me being on site. He updated me constantly and answered all my questions right away. He has a lot of pride in his work, and I choose him because of his reputation from other reviews which I can say was right on point. He strives for excellent and he achieves it. If you want it done right he is the right guy for the job. I knew what I was paying for and I feel like he gave me the best deal.

We had learned our lesson when getting our house painted that the professionalism of the bidder was not necessarily a reflection on the professionalism of the actual work crew. We chose Primier Construction because we knew that Michael would be the one doing the work and supervising the crew. He didn't give us a polished bidding spiel but he did a great job on the roof! He helped us decide on the color of the shingles, he explained what he was going to do, he took pictures and showed us his work, he was punctual and we are very satisfied with our new roof.

Mike and his crew were incredible! Did a fantastic quality job with the new roof. Mike actually listens to you and your needs of the job and makes it happen. Does work himself with a small crew (no subcontractors) and takes great pride in his work. Very professional. Couldn't have had a better experience. Oh, The Joys Of Home Ownership We purchased our home in 2014 and since then there have been a series of things demanding our attention. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. So when we received an offer from Angie’s List for a new roof from Premier Construction Services, we decided to pursue it. Mike emailed me the next day to make arrangements to come out and take a look at the roof and discuss the project. Right away I could tell he was very passionate about his work and that it was important we thoroughly understood the different materials and techniques used to properly install a roof. He gave us several options at various price levels so that we could decide what would work best for us. We went with the TruDefinition Duration Shingles that come with the Total Protection roofing system by Owens Corning. Since we are on Social Security, this investment stretched our budget to the max. We are thoroughly impressed with Mike and his team, their professionalism and commitment to satisfaction. Now that the job is completed, we are very glad we listened to Mike and took his expert advice. Mike and his crew finished the job (32 squares) in 3 days including tear-off and didn’t cut any corners; replacing all the flashing, ridge and roof vents. During the entire process you could tell that it was extremely important to Mike that we were completely satisfied with the work and was delighted to answer any questions or concerns we had. Personally, we think Premier describes Mike and his crew and the job they did. Well done!

Excellent. So many little extra things were done above and beyond. Everything was cleaned up after the job was done. The roof looks great!

I was very pleased with all work done. I am on a fixed income and Michael worked with me closely to get an outstanding quality roof and stay within my budget. He stayed in close contact with me at all times and was very thorough in explaining the warranty and the steps required in replacing my old roof. I have an older home (40+ years old) that was in desperate need of a new roof. I got other bids from 2 other companies and Premier Construction Services came in the middle. However, I was able to get an Angie's List coupon for a new roof for only $7500. After talking with Mike (the owner), he mentioned that there was a mistake on Angie's List - they listed their "premier package" which cost thousands more as the Angie's List coupon deal for only $7500. However, he said that since I bought the deal already, he will honor it. So I got a new roof with top-of-the line materials, new built in gutters (for an additional $2500), underlayment, ice and water shield, etc. In addition, I needed to have a small overhang above our patio french doors replaced as well. Mike was very nice and said he would do it at no extra charge. Normally, it would be around $600 - $800 for that kind of job, but he did it all free, including materials! Him and his crew always came in early at 8:00am and worked until dark, even in the freezing cold! They completed the job in just 3 days and did a great job. I'm very satisfied with the end result, and especially the great price I got with the Angie's List deal. I have already referred him to a few of my co-workers because of his hard work, great price, and good workmanship.
