When my two-year old son first wakes up every morning, he asks if "Dan is home." Dan has become a family member to us that we have come to trust and rely upon for so much. Dan has managed and overseen every aspect of our major remodel, going above and beyond every single day. He cares about his work and, most importantly, he genuinely cares about his clients. He is honest, punctual, communicative, and has a can-do attitude. To Dan's credit, he also knows his limitations and is a willing apprentice, always excited to learn new things.
Dan's accounting system is spectacular. He itemizes labor and materials and keeps and delivers all receipts on a regular and timely basis. This will help us immeasurably when we assemble our documents for taxes! He is very well organized and supremely ethical.
Dan has completed many projects for my recently-widowed mother as we moved her to a new house. He looks out for her safety and well-being and is always very protective of her budget. He shows up when she receives a delivery or install outside of his scope just to make sure she is well cared for.
Dan is nothing short of an extraordinary contractor and an extraordinary person. We feel so fortunate to know him and we know we will call on him again and again.
