We had an old furnace that was starting to malfunction. We had replaced a part less than 2 months ago, using another , larger company. We called that company and found them unhelpful. When we realized we would need to replace the furnace, the other company offered us an appointment to meet with a sales rep in a week, even though by this time the furnace was not working at all.
At that point my husband got a recommendation from a friend for American Heating. We called, and Patrick was willing to come out the same day, even though that meant his work day ran extremely late. He agreed it was time to replace the furnace and offered to do so the next day.
Patrick came back the next day and replaced the furnace with a new model. It all went very smoothly. He charged us less than the other company would have, and he got the work done promptly and efficiently. We were very impressed with his dedication and his work ethic. I would not hesitate to use him again.

He came out and told me how he takes care but when I wanted to use his service he refused to give the service. He had to include the first year maintenance free with the installation, when I called him to take the appointment he was very kind to take the appointment but never showed up and never answered my call. I could rather got the work done by someone else. It's a one man show was out to do nothing. He doesn't get back to people after the initial installation. The installation is okay but the service after the installation is not good at all. The free service that he promised to me was never provided. His pricing was not good because he gave me cheap equipment for the same price.

The work performed the first time took 2 visits but ultimately the work was done to my satisfaction. I called him again recently since the problem started to re-occur. This time he made an appointment with me & never showed up. I called him several times & left many messages. He never called me to tell me what happened which is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

Pat was great. He showed up on time and walked me through what was needed to be done. He came back later in the day and worked until the job was done. Personable and talented.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED FROM AMERICAN HEATING COMPANY. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO OUR NEEDS AND THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED WAS DONE WELL.
