Blake arrived on time, and checked out the situation before setting up his crane in my neighbor's driveway. After a few minutes of methodical setup, he unwound the crane, which easily reached over the fence into my yard, with hooks and straps ready to go. Within 15 minutes, with me providing only minor assistance with the straps, he had the hot tub over the fence and strapped onto his truck. My neighbor and I were delighted and amazed by the process!
