Tumlinson Electric

We bought a 'short-sale' home that had been remodeled by the previous owner. We knew going in that there were
electrical (and other) problems that needed to be corrected.
Tumlinson Electric was recommended by our Realtor, and exceeded her description.  They had a rep out before we arrived in town to complete the sale.  He did a complete walk-through, checked the wiring throughout the house, and submitted a set of recommendations, and a quote before we completed the escrow paperwork ? he even contacted the ?inspector? and made sure that the work would meet or exceed code. This really helped in the long run, as the inspector knew that we were interested in correcting any problems... 
Once we agreed to a work list, schedule, and price they got the permits, and started the work.  The electrician doing the work notified us of when he was going to be there, and what he was going to do for each phase of the job.  He was on time, very professional, and kept every work area clean. He was there for the inspections, and helped with any corrections required.  Tumlinson Electric is a thoroughly professional organization, one that we will use again for our next major electrical project, a workshop.
