As confirmed by a lot of research I did, there is quite a bit of science involved with the new heat pump systems. Duct work/air flow must be to spec or the unit will not function properly. Flint did an extensive audit of sq. footage size of old ducts, etc. We had some other estimates, but none remotely this concerned with these details. The work required in our 1905 farm house took a bit longer than they expected, but they did everything very professionally and worked hard.
No more $400/month oil bills. I don't know why we waited this long. Replacing an oil furnace with a heat pump is a no-brainer. If you're looking for a heating/cooling contractor who will do the job right, use these guys.
