Ryan came over and gave us a bid. We then scheduled the work. This is the second time we have used him. The first time was about two years ago when he installed and finished wood floors in the rest of the house. We were and continue to be so pleased with the results of that job that we called him again for this work. Ryan is VERY professional. He gives written quotes and is willing to work with the home owrner. (We wanted to save money by taking out the carpet our selves, etc.) His work is very clean and he is careful with our furniture, walls, etc.
Another thing we appreciated about Ryan is that we felt we could trust him completely. When he says he will be there, he is. We obviously had to vacate our property while the floors were drying and I felt comfortable leaving our home open to him.

Project went very well, they were on time and were able to be flexible when we went out of town. They cleaned up after themselves each day. Very professional and I am very happy with the results.
