Replaced furnace a couple years back. Had a minor issue in the beginning but they repaired it at no cost. I’ve had zero issues through multiple winters.

Bruce provided top-notch service in a friendly manner. He explained the issue and resolution and made sure I understood the steps needed to fix my heat pump.

Bud and Chris showed up first thing Monday morning in the rain and cold and worked hard all day to install my air conditioning. Bud took care to program the new thermostat and explain its features to me. I hope to have them continue maintaining my heating/cooling system.

Where do I begin to express my gratitude to Bruce, Bud and Chris. They were above and beyond my expectations. During the heavy snow first part of Feb my furnace went out and I had no heat for nearly 5 days. Im a senior citizen and I thought I could find resources for any company that could help. I was quoted beyond my range of my fix income. I have to be in the category of either being destitute or do not qualify for assistance. I acquired a nearly new furnace donated to me. And found out no one can install the furnace, I had to buy their product which to me is hard sell tactics. I was desperate to heat my home and found Precision Air was the only company that would allow themselves to help a senior citizen, a widow of six months and felt the need of compassion to help me. Bruce came to my home and looked at the furnace and evaluate what has to be done. I was shock to have a company show up and started working on my furnace, the same day they called after I posted it home advisor. Bud and Chris were assigned to work and made room to schedule me in with their busy work orders, just so I can have atleast temporary heat to have furnace working. And continued to work to complete the job within a few days span. Finding a business that delivers what it promises and compassion for people is a rarity these days. Precision Air handled it efficiently. Im greatful its done. Thank you, Bruce, Bud and Chris.

Bruce and his crew were kind, honest, and professional. They were very informative about furnaces, what was available, and what would best suit our home, lifestyle, and budget. We would definitely hire them again and tell family and friends about using this company for any heating/furnace needs!

1. Tried drilling a hole through the outer wall for the line through a stud nicking an electrical wire causing a short and doing nothing about the nicked wire, damaged stud or the in hole that was started in the wall.. 2.This left me wondering if any other studs were damaged/cut through while drilling other holes in the outer wall. 3. Took longer than expected and had to call them back when they didn't show on the day they scheduled to finish the work.

Was able to schedule me relatively early, during a hot streak in summer. Pricing was on the lower end of the quotes I received. Owner/operator is friendly. Only downside I can think of relate to customer service. There were a few times when I had to prompt to see when I was scheduled, and once when I waited on him to collect money and he was a no show. I think both of these were due to it being a really busy time for his company and him being an independent operator (not like he has a customer service department scheduling and following up with customers).

He was very thorough. He did calculation for the sizing correctly. Great expertise.

Very friendly and efficient! Responded on a weekend and was able to diagnose the issue immediately. Our landlord decided to hire someone else for the repair, but Bruce serviced our system to keep us cool over the next few days while we wait for the person our landlord hired.

First off, Bruce sold a Furnace applicable to our living space. Bruce explained things and was in and out in under 4 hours. Not bad...we Like our Furnace.

Great service. He arrived when he said he would and the job was finished in the time frame he gave. Cleaned everything up after. I would definetly use him again. It was really nice to have the person that gave you the quote be the same person that did the installation.

We hired precision air for the purchase and installation of a new high efficient natural gas furnace and heat pump system. Bruce was very cordial and approachable and directed us to the best equipment for our budget. The installation was done very well with a great deal of attention to detail. He took the time to make sure we completely understood how to operate the new programmable thermostat. When the inspector came to sighn off , everything passed with flying colors. I would gladly hire Bruce again for any of my heating and air conditioning needs. Our new heat pump and furnace work great!

He promised to help with filling out the permit, but fail to deliver. Called twice, but didn't return my call. I would like him to call me back to help me with the permit.

The furnace was installed and I was told that there will be some follow on work that needs to be done on a different day. Promised to schedule through e-mail and will provide me a receipt. Tried to contact them couple times, never got any feedback. If you just want to install furnace, I think it's OK. But if you want to contact them after you made payment, it seems not possible so far. Not sure about how the warranty will be carried out like this.

I received 2 other bids, and wrote a pretty scolding review on the OTHER two companies that bid the job. Precision was INCREDIBLE to work with. Bruce was professional, timely, courteous, trustworthy, and cost effective. I am typically a critic. I would hire Bruce anytime and found that the quality and service was top notch. This was a new AC Installation, in a 45 year old home. A+++

Bruce gave me a quote on a furnace replacement based on the information I gave him over the phone. After listening to his recommendations, I made a decision and made an appointment to replace my furnace. Bruce was able to modify his schedule to replace our furnace sooner since it was broke down. He came on time, installed the furnace, and charged me what was agreed to over the phone. Bruce even took time to explain the installation process and answer all my questions and concerns. He started at 11am and ended at 2:45pm, right on time for me to leave and pick up my kids. I highly recommend Precision Air.

Bruce was responsive. Sold very good equipment. Did a great job at a price 25% less than other bidder selling lesser quality gear. Well pleased.
