It went very well. The realtor, Gina, did research before coming to my house and spent an hour looking at our house, answering questions, discussed work needed for selling and options for selling the house and land together or separately. I was very pleased at her willingness to help, her professionalism and her quick response to our questions. She also has helped us in looking at houses elsewhere and offered suggestions.

She's open, friendly, and easy to work with. She has been my friend for a long time, but we connected in terms of real estate this last spring because I had questions. She has been very aggressive in answering my questions and helping me with markets, recommendations for selling my house and all kinds of stuff. She is really good about going the extra mile to gather information for me. I've been working with her for the sale of my house. There was no fee to be paid. She has been great.
