The trim on the house got fixed correctly and then they painted the whole house and outbuildings. They did a complete job starting with cleaning the roof and treated it with moss control. The whole house was pressure washed. The paint job turned out great with a double coat of a premium quality paint. Also got a great quote from this company. I highly recommend them.

Actually I had first hired another company that only completed half the project and didn’t do a professional job but charged me for the entire project. So, Gold Standard had to step in and finish the job the other company said was impossible to do without using a crane . The other company sent a new worker that didn’t really know what he was doing and they fired him before the job was finished after already taking three day to do what little they did do and Gold Standard came out and took half a day to finish what the first company claimed wasn’t possible to do without expensive equipment.

Gold Standard Construction did good work while being courteous and respectful to our place. They cleaned and treated the roof, cleaned our gutters, washed the house, repaired the damaged portions of our exterior trim, and painted the house. Everything looks so much better now. I will defiantly contact them if I have any more work to do.

Max was extremely prompt in coming out to give a quote and was very knowledgeable. He proposed a more long-term solution for my trim problem than the other contractor I got a quote from, and he and his crew member Terry had the work done by the end of the following day. Fantastic quality work at a very fair price!

This was a painless experience. These contractors knew exactly what they were doing. I had hired someone previously and he didn't know what he was doing. I called Gold Standard and they knew exactly where to the get the material, showed up on time, took exactly the amount of time they said, and communicated frequently and when I expected them too. I highly recommend this company. The person that I interfaced with was named Maksim. One other thing. They came quickly... just a day after I requested them to come.

I really can't say enough good things about Max and his team. He is extremely competent and honest in his work ethics. His work is above a 5 and we couldn't be happier and feel blessed we hired him. I definitely highly recommend him.
