Ethos Cleaning

Previously known as Diana's Cleaning - this business was sold to Lisa Fritcher who changed the named to Ethos Cleaning. Lisa worked for Diana's Cleaning before she bought out Diana. At first when it was Diana's Cleaning - they did a great job. They were very thorough and responsive. I had them do a thorough cleaning the first time - which cost over $600. After the thorough cleaning, I now have them come monthly (which the new owner interprets as every four weeks). The rate for this cleaning started at $148, increased to $150 a year ago and now it is $180/month after I added my family room and downstaira 1/2 bathroom. I wouldn't mind paying a little more if the new owner (Lisa Fritcher) wasn't so rude. When I told her previously that I was not satisfied with the recent cleaning, she didn't respond quickly and when she did, she proceeded to tell me what a good deal I was getting, and never once apologized for the poor work. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and will be using a different company for housecleaning going forward.
