Arrived on time, went right to work. Whistled through all the problems that I had been trying to fix for many months. What a relief! Would definitely hire again!

This was a great experience! Dr. Dave responded to my call very quickly and said he could come out the same day I called. He arrived when he said he would (in fact, a few minutes early) and went right to work. As you can guess, I am not computer friendly, but Dr. Dave had my laptop and my wireless working within 30 minutes. I have no idea what he did, but whatever it was--it worked! His fee was more than reasonable, very affordable, and I would definitely use his services again. I would also recommend him and his work to anyone who needs computer help.

They did a good job. They were very prompt and very personable. He was able to accomplish what we wanted. I was really happy with the results. I thought he was great and he had reasonable price. Price was excellent. I definitely would use them in the future.

David was able to repair the problem in house in under an hour.  Great job and done with professionalism at a reasonable cost.

We've used them quite a bit and we do recommend them. We paid $25 the last time because he couldn't find anything wrong with it. He also does remote work as well as taking machines into the shop. We've used him to do work in the shop and also over the phone remotely.. He is very good. We will definitely continue to use him.

The wife (the one writing this review) managed twice to get a virus, but Dr Dave was able to do "surgery" and excise the computer infection.  Very good service, and at a good price.  Provider is very accessible, too.

Dr. Dave is very knowledgeable about computer issues.  He came to our home to pick up our infected computer.  Within the week he returned it and set it up for us.  It had been infected with a boot sector virus.  He was able to clean it up and completely restored our computer without losing any data. It now works perfectly!  I am so glad to have found Eagle Computers on Angie's List.  Dr. Dave has a great personality and was enjoyable to work with. We called him again in June to fix a problem with a laptop.  He came to our house and fixed to problem in short order.
I highly recommend Eagle Computers to solve your computer issues.  Dr Dave is very honest and an expert with computers.

Everything went as promised, with status call to verify it was on schedule.

It went very well.  Picked up the pc and in two days had the work done.  Very helpful and responsive.  Called back quickly if I had questions....even on the weekend.  Very impressed!

Wonderful - he kept me informed of what he was doing - especially happy that he was able to fix computer and not take it home with him.

I have been searching for a pc repair person that knows what they are doing and I am very pleased with Eagle Computers. I know I have more work to be done in the near future and I will call them again.

Dr. Dave made time for me in his schedule, confirmed that I needed a new power supply, which he had in stock and was able to replace  in less than one hour.  He has since moved his shop to a new location, so please call him or send e mail to him when you need his service.

Took notes regarding the computer's performance and issues.  Clarified options.  Computer was done pretty much on time.  Cost was reasonable.  Dr. Dave was very nice and knowledgeable.  Computer runs great now.

The owner/technician was knowlegable and diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He had some health issues that delayed the repair. It appeared that he ran the business by himself, so he had no backup. Other than that, the job was completed and the PC works just fine again.

They are friendly, the owner is Dave Lucavish, he is very congenial and very smart and knows his business! They have exceptional service!

Dave is very smart and easy to work with.  When I call and express that I have an issue with my computer he fixes it.  He doesn't just treat customers as a paycheck but takes care of their needs.

We spent about $160.  Overall, my husband was pleased with the computer repair job.  He was satisfied with everything.  The computer has improved after the repair.  We had a virus that got past everything.  It was very very frustrating that the computer wasn’t working, and now it is working.  They did it in the time that they said they would do it, but we wanted it quicker.  We wanted something impossible.  Their punctuality was probably excellent.  We would use them again in the future.

It went very well, really pleasant & I will be calling him again this month.

Tom from Eagle checked my computer and installed a new more powerful router. He determined that the cable connection from my DVD player to the TV was incorrect and changed it. He also made the Roku work and then checked everything to make sure that none of the changes interfered with each other or the telephone function. I was very happy and used all services the same day without problem.

The hard drive works very well now. I haven't any problems in the few days since it was repaired. The owner of the shop was very friendly and helpful, answering some other computer-related questions I had. He also took the time to explain to me how the new bundle of cords that came with my new hard drive enclosure could be used to add additional memory and storage space to the unit. Overall, an excellent experience!

This is probably the only computer shop in town that had the right power supply for my older computer. I would definitely take my computer to this store over any of the computer chains because I really believe that they know what they're doing, and are not just out to sell you the newest and most expensive computer. I highly recommend this store.

"DR. DAVE" WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELPFUL. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBABILITY OF THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE ON BOTH TIME AND COST TO REPAIR THE LAPTOP. HE FIXED IT WITHIN THE TIME FRAME GIVEN AND THE COST WAS UNDER THE ESTIMATE. HE WAS PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS AS WELL.
