We are opened Tuesdays through Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Mondays and Saturdays by appointment only, and closed on Sundays.

They came out and measured promptly, and brought samples of all their colors and styles, and were very patient with me. It took about 3 weeks for them to  be made (they are custom made) and shipped, but then they were installed promptly. The main reason I got these was to reduce heating costs, as they have an R-value of about 9. But they are also quite lovely.I live in a secluded area and had no curtains at all, but I have large windows and was losing a lot of heat through them. I think they are making a significant difference in my heating bills this winter, but time will tell. I only leave them closed when It's dark.
I definitely recommend going with the cordless operation for lifting the shades.
