Great,did a thorough check of the unit,very impressed!

called Advanced Heating for simple yearly service, ended up with broken heat pump. Unit worked without problem before arrival. Afterward, unit makes a loud thumping noise as if far was not put on correctly or they did not put back together correctly. They then said "well, we don't service these" and "it must have been broken before". At NO time they even ask me what type of heat pump it was and technician had no problem getting to work when he arrived the first time... but now that they've broken it and I have to use NEW company to fix their mistakes, they couldn't care less. Still plan on charging me for breaking heat pump fan and left 70+ women without AC during heatwave. When I called other companies, not surprisingly they knew exactly which company I was referring to without using their name. Wish I'd known before! Do NOT call!
