MC INELLY'S MAGIC CARPETS

We had an absolutely terrible experience. He assumed he was a general contractor on our job, we had asked him if he knew someone to come and move our furniture and he said yes. We assumed we would be paying those people instead he added their charges to our bill and charged us a 100% premium....so we ended up paying 2 men $1700.00 for 3 hours of work plus he charged us $189.00 rental on the blankets that they wrapped our furniture in. He also charged us 1100.00 for a pod that was brought to our property. When I told him that I didn't want the gentlemen back in my home to replace the furniture, he got mad at me. He is very assuming and passive aggressive. Three weeks after our floor was done, it started buckling thru out the entire basement. He accused of of doing something to the floor to make it lift. He said the only way he could make it lift was to soak it in water for 7 days. We had another company come in to look at the floor to tell us what was wrong and when he found out he called the owner of the company and yelled at him because we were his customers. At that point I didn't want him in our house again. We finally had to hire an attorney to get our floor fix and were told that we had to let him come and fix it. After he did it he wouldn't warrantee it. It just got finished last week after 8 months of fighting. I would never, ever hire him again. There is more to this story, but I don't have enough space to go into it.
