 + -1 moreKevin, the plumber, did an excellent job. Responded quickly and was professional. His receptionist/bookkeeper was extremely rude and unprofessional. She continued to be unprofessional by calling people in our community and telling them about our conversation. It is too bad she was that way because I would NEVER use their company again because of her rudeness and unprofessionalism, even though the work was good.
Description of Work: Dethaw frozen pipes.
