It didn't. We had a deal in place in February to cut down 9 trees; 5 were cut down within several days. The other 4, we were told had to wait till the ground dried out, probably in April. Called the end of April to ask when he'd be back - we were told "not any time soon, I'm busy, probably Fall". I called again today (September) and was told, again, "not any time soon", he told me I have to be patient, he is busy. I tried, very politely to tell him I think we have been pretty patient; but, he interrupted me and said, "just go find someone else if you're gonna get mouthy with me". Wow - I was trying to take care of a deal set up over 7 months ago and have received nothing but rudeness and yelling. I can not, in any way, recommend O'Cons for tree service!!!!
