Juan Segovia Plumbing

Arrived a little late, but I was kept informed as to their arrival time.  In plumbing not everything goes as planned so arrival time can be a little off.  They assessed my problem and were able if clear the lines in good order.  They were very professional and excellent to work with.  I will call on them again for any work that I need.

He showed up with his assistant promptly on time.  Quickly assessed a problem and made recommendations to correct this situation.

To be fair, this was a difficult problem. Juan tried to clear the line using a standard plumber's snake. It helped a little bit, but didn't really solve the problem. After calling in two other plumbing outfits, we figured out that the problem was a saturated drainfield, which is beyond the capability of Juan's equipment and experience. Juan is young, enthusiastic, hard working, and easy to work with. Because he is young, his experience is more limited than some of the older firms in the area. On another job that Juan did for us earlier this year, I was completely satisfied and so I would still reccommend him for any but the most complex projects. Give him a couple more years and he will be as good as any.

Went very well. Was fast and efficient. Allowed me to do some of the work to save money (I did the necessary digging and patched the holes in the basement wall.) He did everything else.
