Blue Moutain Handyman showed up pretty much on time. I feel he looked for ways to cut corners. He talked a good story. But, when it came to performance, he tried to cut corners. I feel that he would have provided substandard work if I had not been watching and called him on the same. I have 30 years experience in contract administration and feel without the experience of working with contractors, I would have received a substand job from Blue Mountain Handyman. Do get more quotes. Do have him specify materials if there are materials to be provided by him. Do watch him to make sure he completes work in compliance with instructions on the paint cans, sealer containers, etc.
