Scott was very helpful. He and his helper did a quick, efficient job and showed me what they did, explaining each step of the process. The final cost was within the initial estimate. Scott was even able to help meet me outside of his normal working hours, due to my scheduling conflicts. We discussed further but not urgent work around the house. Scott explained some of the items I could do, and what he would be able to help me with.
