Excellent. It's an old, remodeled house that required some accommodation of the plan, and some re-do of the radon reduction installation. NW Radon was responsive, cheerful, and very professional -- a very positive experience, after a much less pleasant and less professional performance by another radon mitigation company in the area.
Description of Work: Measured radon levels, designed radon reduction plan, installed the devices, and gave a guarantee of performance.
