Keith shared his industry experience when I called him, and also provided different options to select from for home inspections.  I liked that he actually picked up the phone when I called vs. playing phone tag and he was also extremely flexible to find a time that worked for us and within our bank closing schedule.
He arrived a few minutes early, he was fully prepared.  He spent close to 3 hours completing a very thorough home inspection - even took the time to point out different observations and discuss options with my husband.  He brought a printer and provided a fully printed version of the inspection before leaving, tons of photos and through descriptions.  He then sent the inspection report that night via email so we'd have electronically.
I like that he spent some time discussing our house with us.  He tried to understand what our plans were for the home, what our comfort level was in fixing things - from this conversation, Keith shared some great ideas around how we might approach a hot water system, and other needs.
We felt that he was very patient, professional and was willing to share his experience.  The Radon test was scheduled to be completed a few days later - sure enough as he promised, he picked up the radon test results from the home on time, and delivered the test results as planned.
I would absolutely recommend this Pillar to Post home inspector.
