Vastly superior to doing it yourself! The quality of renters improved dramatically and there was never any problems collecting the rent. They handled everything.

Barbara and Eric have been great. They are responsive to both our and tenant needs. They worked with us to identify potential issues ahead of time and even helped us find local service providers ranging from painting to lawn care to electrical and repair, who were both timely and cost efficient in their work. This was our first rental and of course there are issues when you first rent out a property; Barbara and Eric have helped us filter the real issues vs. tenant education and then helped us address the problems ASAP. This is a relatively new experience for us and this is just the beginning of the contract, but so far so good. We'll update if anything changes.

They charge 10% a month and half of monthly rent to find renters which is really a better deal than the others because some charge one month's rent to find a renter. They co-ordinate things like I needed new floors, my old rental left things in the apartment and they arranged to get it ready from them, they provided me with a maintenance plan to clean the property, paint and everything they have been really wonderful with that. It is a family run operation and it's not by any co-operation which is important to me. I have a lot of issues going on like my father passed away and the renter who had been, was a nightmare and they just made it really easy and were very accommodating. I wasn't there as I was in California and I went there in the last week of June and they said everything would be ready by first week of July. They had a really good list of providers who were not the cheapest but the best and they have just been really great.

They are very very good. I can't recommend them highly enough. They know the local population so they do a really good job of screening tenants. They work out the deposits and all paper work. They will modify paper work to fit your needs. They are very easy to work with on top of them being excellent.
