The team at eagle did a great job. We worked Ben on the initial bid and planning. We had done most of the site planning and design, but he took it the final mile to complete plans (including a rendering) and get permits. He was very knowledgable about outoor kitchen products and helped us with material selection to get the results and costs we wanted. The onsite work was run by chuck. Very experienced, professional, and easy to work with. He was always friendly and ready to discuss details and decisions to make sure we got a result we were happy with. They did the project as a bid with a handful of components as allowances. The project completed on time and on budget. The only cost overruns (~5%) were due entirely to additions or changes I made to the project, resulting in higher than planned allowances for electrical, plumbing, and flagstone material. None of the costs were a surprise and were very reasonable for the added work. Overall, I am a VERY satisfied customer and would happily use eagle again. I've already recommended them to several friends. My only constructive feedback is that sometimes emails were not returned as promptly as I would like. However, when ben did respond, he was usually on top of resolving the issue, it was just a lag in communicating. Chuck was always very responsive via text and cell.
