I had the privilege of working with Dean Workman from Dalton Realty in 2010-2011.  He was a wonderful agent and was very considerate, knowledgeable, punctual, and always available to show me a property.   He made me feel like I was his only client at the time although I knew that he had others.  I had worked with two other agents before settling on Dean; he wasn't at all pushy and expressed the desire that I find the home that was perfect for me, however long it took.  It took nearly a year, but I finally did find it and am so very happy.

My house closed at the end of January. I called him about a problem about a month later. He was still very helpful with that, even though the sale was done. It really impressed me. He wasn't super aggressive, but that worked for me. I looked online and knew what properties I wanted to look at. He is very helpful. He is very responsive and will call you within 20 minutes. Anytime I wanted to look at something, he was very flexible. If he had plans, he would try to re-schedule at times.
