It went very well.  The appraiser who was initially very negative about the house because the house didn't match her expectations based upon the real estate advertisement photos was ultimately won over when she was toured by the contractor after the work was done.  During the initial walk through prior to the repairs, the contractor didn't dismiss her concerns but instead told her what he would do to correct the problems.  As a result the final inspection by the appraiser went very well.  I would recommend him to anyone on Whidbey Island who needs any significant work done on their house.  He may be somewhat more expensive than other contractors, but he is worth it.

He started the project on time, stayed on the job until it was finished on time. It wasn't a big project but one that my family really needed to have taken care of. LeRoy was invariably pleasant and knew his stuff. I am so thankful that a neighbor recommended him particularly after another firm didn't even have the courtesy to return a phone call. LeRoy knows construction. He and his crew completed the project in a quality manner and under budget. I was very pleased and would definitely use his services again.
